At Pro-Tec, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your sports gear in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
